Hi everyone!
We’re very excited to be able to share a progress report on our community hub. Behind the hoarding, a lot of work has been happening.
Site prep work, 1st floor ceiling, and inside sub floor have all been completed with interior restructuring well underway.
The new roof has been fitted, and windows are on order for January.
Our ESB connection application has been finalised, and we’re currently tendering for our café kitchen supply, installation, and commissioning.
We’re now seeking expressions of interest for new tenants.
